                              LOVE AND SEX

Valentine is a day of love and it is also known as lovers day. But what is actually love? Is love all about give and take? No offcourse, love is not about give and take . Love is about being 100% in the present moment. 

For example : If you are with your girl/man but inside your head you have plethora of thoughts and tension then will you be able to love? Think yourself . 

So love is about being 100% in the moments. while you are totally in that moment then love will naturally flowers within you . Love can never be done , if you try to love then there will be some selfishness, you will look after your profit , and this happen because of conditioning of your mind. 

So let love flow , dont interrupt . 

While we talk about love then one thing came side by side and it is sex . No and yes. 

No : because the one who understand love will love tress and animal and everything around. But will he have sex with these all ? No.

Yes: If you think sex surfacely then what is sex? It is just the meeting of two bodies. But deeply , with love sex is an experience of heaven. If you really are in love then you become a child infron of yoir loved one, you totally loose your identity and feeling if self, in that moment there is no one, just love is there. And sometime in this process sex happen and sometime not , when it happens it is heavenly experience and when it dont happen yet it is heavenly experience . Because the one and only condition to experience heaven is losing yourself . 

So if you want to experience heaven then be a child and let yourself totally in the lap of lover. 

                          Love and worship

Do you know real meaning of worship or puja? Puja means totally being in that particualr moments. There is rituals of worshiping statue of god, do you know the reason? Reason is same, while there is statue of god infrong you then there is heigh pissiblity of you being in that particular moment , so to make you totally in present this rituals is being practised. 

As i have already toald love is all about being totally in the moment. so here love and worship are same. Anything you do by being totally in the moment is love and so it is worship. 

for example: If you are having sex by being totally in that moment then that is worship. Worship is not about god , worship is about seeing god in everyone. And hence whatever you do become worship if you are totally in that monent. so enjoy life make you pife full of worship.So,  Dont try to finish whatever you do try to be alive in whatever you do.

                               Key To Liberation                           WHAT IS LIBERATION;  Liberation simply means being free. One who is free has achieve liberation, but how to be free? Inoerder to know how to be free ,firstly we should know from what we should be free?  What we are enslave of? :  We are enslave of our desire, wanting , greed , anger and many more . Here we must know from where do one get these desire , wanting , greed and all. We get all these because we see meaning in the worldly things .
