                    HOW TO ATTAIN PEACE UNDERSTANDING MIND :  In oder to solve any problem , firstly you should understand the problem itself. So here we are discussing about how to attain peace . So to attain peace you should understand the noise , where is noise?  Noise is always in once’s mind ,it is never outside . Once any sound enters your brain or mind and if that sound make impact in your brain then your brain will keep remembering that sound/words/situation or any activities. So when it get remembered continously then any sound get changed into noise. right?  Noise are not just sound , sometime it is your anger, sometime it is greed , sometime it is jealousy and somtime it is fear .
